Gratuity
A gratuity of 15-20% is customary. Thank you for your generosity!
Cancellation & Refund Policy
•Cancellation: If you need to cancel your charter, please provide at least 14 days’ notice. We will work with you to reschedule your trip or cancel it entirely.
•Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 14 days prior to your charter date. After this period, deposits become non-refundable, except under certain circumstances.
•Balance Due: The remaining balance is due prior to the trip. Cash is appreciated.
Weather Policy
We operate rain or shine, with all weather-related cancellations determined at the Captain’s discretion.
•Weather Cancellations: We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify you as soon as possible if unsafe conditions require us to cancel.
•Rescheduling: Open dates are held throughout the season to accommodate rescheduling. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be offered.
For any questions, feel free to email us. The Captain reserves the right to make final decisions regarding weather cancellations or adjustments for everyone’s safety.
Alcohol & Drug Policy
•Drugs: All drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited. State laws do not apply on the ocean, as it falls under federal jurisdiction.
•Alcohol: Light alcohol consumption is permitted. Beer and wine are allowed, but hard liquor is prohibited.
•Responsibility: Please drink responsibly to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone on board.
Tuna Policy
•Giant Tuna (Commercial Day): If we land a giant tuna on a commercial day, it becomes the property of the boat per NMFS regulations. The fish can only be sold by a federally permitted vessel to a federally permitted buyer.
•You will receive 10% of the sale (after fuel costs) up to a maximum of $1,200, applied to a future trip.
•Giant Tuna (Non-Commercial Day): If we land a giant tuna on a non-commercial day, we will do our best to get pictures before releasing the fish.
•Recreational Tuna: If we land a tuna under 73 inches (pending quota restrictions), it can be processed and taken home.

Passenger Limit
By U.S. Coast Guard regulations, a maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per boat. For comfort, we recommend limiting groups to 4 passengers.
No, you are covered under my charter boat’s fishing license
Waterproof shoes/boots. LAYERS, coat, hat, WATER, children under 12 need to bring a Type 1 USCG Approved Child Life Jacket. We have all the safety gear for adults. Suggestions – sweatshirt, rain gear, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, camera, food, beverage, a cooler. Ice is available aboard if needed
Dress in layers. It can get cold and/or wet. And then hot and/ or dry.
We include ice, bait, rods, and reels — but you’re welcome to bring your own gear
Food & Beverage Policy
•Bring Your Own: Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Please pack enough for the day.
•Alcohol: Beer and wine are allowed, but hard liquor is prohibited due to insurance requirements.
•Coolers & Ice: We provide cooler space and ice on board, but you may bring your own cooler. Space is limited.

Your deposit is completely refundable until 14 days prior to the Charter Date. After 14 days prior, it is NON-REFUNDABLE, subject to circumstances.
